Heather E. Ross (AIA, LEED) of HER Design Architecture PLLC has over a dozen years of professional experience in architectural design for a variety of commercial, residential, and hospitality projects. A graduate of Auburn University's Architecture+Design Program, she studied under D.K. Ruth, co-founder of the renowned Rural Studio. Most recently she spent 5 years working as Associate Principal at Kohn Pederson Fox (KPF) as an original member of the team designing Hudson Yards, which Fortune Magazine called "the largest real estate project...ever." She worked on the design of both 10 and 30 Hudson Yards, a 2.6 million-square-foot tower slated to be the second-tallest office building in New York. In 2015 she formed HER Design to focus on the intimate design of residential, public, retail and restaurant projects.
